Nancy King Fidler Wins Franklin Teaching Award

Franklin University

Franklin University recognized Nancy King Fidler, partner at Fidler & Fidler, from its faculty as the recipient of the distinguished Robert L Bailey Teaching Award at their Winter ’09 Commencement ceremony.

The Robert L Bailey Teaching Award is determined each trimester by Franklin’s graduating glass. Students select a faculty member who challenged them intellectually and guided them in finding the significance of course content as it related to them both professionally and personally. The graduate and undergraduate faculty members receiving the most nominations are identified for this honor, and also receive a monetary award.

“In recognition of being selected by graduating students as the undergraduate faculty member who had the most significant influence on their educational experience.”

Robert L. Bailey, retired CEO and Chairman of State Auto Insurance Companies, is a past Chairman of Franklin’s Board of Trustees.
